1. Return Window
We want you to be completely satisfied with your lighting. You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return for any item.
2. Return Process
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

Return Authorization: We will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and the return shipping address.

Shipping: Pack the item securely in its original packaging.
3. Item Condition
To be eligible for a refund:

Items must be in new and unused condition.

Items must include all original packaging, instructions, and hardware.

Installed or "hard-wired" fixtures are generally not eligible for return unless defective.
4. Return Shipping Costs

Defective or Damaged Items: If your light arrives broken or defective, we will provide a prepaid return label and a full refund or replacement at no cost to you.

Customer Remorse (Change of Mind): For standard returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
5. Restocking Fees
We do not charge a restocking fee for returned items that meet our condition requirements. (Note: If you do want to charge one, it must be clearly stated here as a fixed amount or percentage, e.g., "A 15% restocking fee applies.")
6. Refunds
