[3. Product Accuracy & Pricing]

  • Inaccuracies: While we strive for 100% accuracy, we do not warrant that product descriptions or other content are error-free.

  • Pricing Changes: We reserve the right to change prices at any time without notice.

  • Errors: In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price, we reserve the right to cancel any orders placed for that product, even if the order has been confirmed and your payment method charged. If your card has been charged, we will issue a full refund immediately.

[4. Order Acceptance & Cancellation]

  • Acceptance: Your receipt of an order confirmation does not signify our acceptance of your order. We reserve the right to accept or decline your order for any reason.

  • Cancellations: If you wish to cancel an order, you must contact us at customerservice@bedforddecor.com within 24 hours. Once an order has entered the shipping process, it cannot be canceled but may be returned according to our Return Policy.

Bedford Decor LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website. Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific product in question.
